Paste a YouTube link or upload a video. Clipex finds the best moments, frames whoever’s talking in 9:16 and adds captions.
Loved by 120,000+ creators
It reads the transcript, finds the moments that stand on their own and cuts each one on a clean sentence. You get fewer clips, not filler.
Each clip keeps its setup and its payoff, and starts and ends on a full sentence.
The 9:16 crop moves to the speaker, then holds still until someone else talks.
Burned in, highlighted word by word, and kept in the lower third.
